Tony (the owner) did a *spectacular* job on our house and none of the installation was easy. Challenges included delicate porcelain, super large format tile, mosaic tile, linear drains, areas where tile met natural stone and a lot of crazy angles. He also had to flex with our schedule when other contractors fell behind and he figured out how to make it work with his other jobs. His pricing was very fair and a good value. All I can say is wow! Tony is by far the most impressive and skilled craftsman I've seen in the last decade. The attention to detail and precision he approaches he work with is unmatched. Tony recently tiled my shower and it looks amazing! Throughout the process Tony talked through the pros and cons of each decision we needed to make to ensure the final product was in alignment with out expectations. I highly recommend Tony. I am so happy with the look and quality installation of a very difficult tile. Tony was very responsive when I requested a quote and continued to keep me update when scheduling my job. During the installation,  Tony was very respectful of my home and took extra measures not to track dirt into my house. I highly recommend Quality Tile Install. I wish that I used them for my previous tile job - the difference in quality compared to my prior experience with a different company is very noticeable. Tony was very communicative, always arrived on time, had tremendous attention to detail, and always left the area very neat and spotless after leaving for the day. We had our master bathroom, mudroom and kitchen backsplash done a few months ago and it looks amazing!! I was very impressed with the detail and time put into their work. Very professional job and attention to every detail. They showed up exactly when they said they would, kept everything very tidy and were a pleasure to work with. I've been recommending them to anyone that needs tile work and we'll use them again when we remodel our other bathroom. I had some vacation time come up recently and decided at the last minute to remodel my laundry room. I wanted to do most of the work myself and had all of the materials, but wanted the tiling done quickly and professionally. I called a few places to get quotes, some were helpful but booked months out, most never even answered the phone. When I called Quality Tile Install, I got an immediate answer, very quick quote and was told I could have everything installed by the end of the week. I was pretty impressed at the responsiveness and scheduling. I agreed to the terms at pretty much the last minute (my fault for thinking about it too long) yet they still came out the next day, did the complete tear out, new tile cutting and installation that day. The following day all that was left was just the grout work and the job was done. The final product I found to be exceptional. The work space was cleaned very well, the tiles were installed evenly and I couldn't find a fault in the entire project. My main concern was that I was using grout that was much more difficult to work with, and required great attention to detail otherwise it would ruin the tiles. I found that everything was done to perfection despite this challenge. The owner of the company is very straight forward with what materials and techniques he uses, yet was extremely willing to make changes to the work as I requested. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the work done and intend on using them for future bathroom remodels.
